# TAILORED TRAINING CURRICULUM

# Communication Workshops

This lab introduces attendees to the Connect Apps of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Rooms & Meet), primarily used when onboarding cohorts and new members to a Google domain. Included within this 101 lab is the prime Six Factor best practice and time management dynamic of ‘zero inbox’. The key objective is the introduction and demonstration of using the 3Ts — Treat Transfer Terminate — to run a zero inbox in Gmail.

# Collaboration Workshops

Primarily an introduction to fundamental best practices using the flexible, interactive, and intelligent tools available for sharing documents. The workshop agenda includes optimizing Google Applications (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms and Chrome), these labs aim to support day to day work within Google Workspace and offer an introduction to the collaborative toolset. Also promoted is the ‘Busy urgent versus Being productive’ dynamic: the skills to understand and manage what is important to do, rather than what is urgent.

# Key Learning Labs

Six Factor has also developed the _Key Learning Labs_ programme (sometimes called micro-learning) realizing that the human mind can more easily consume and retain knowledge when presented in the right size within the right time span. There are currently 20 modules within the programme.
